 * I’m planning on getting WordPress for the news for one of my sites, I was wondering,
   if I could grab an RSS feed and put it in my WordPress install…

 * MagPie get’s the RSS feed and and outputs it, it does not, however, put it into
   WordPress.

 * What do you mean, “put it into WordPress”? It outputs it with two simple lines
   of php…put those lines where you want them to appear on a WordPress page, no?

   it does what you want. You need to enter the feeds you want into an array- can
   assign a category to them if you wish- and it will pick up cats declared in the
   feed. I had it working with a nightly build- did a nice job of automatically 
   inserting feed items as weblog articles. Did ok with rss1 and 2.
