• I got this weird problem. When I want to add an GPX track it says it can’t be parsed and I have to check the browser console. So I did and this is what is says:

    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
    <html><head>
    <title>403 Forbidden</title>
    </head><body>
    <h1>Forbidden</h1>
    <p>You don't have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/2014/01/GPXFile.gpx
    on this server.</p>
    <p>Additionally, a 403 Forbidden
    error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>
    <hr>
    <address>Apache Server at skortekaas.nl Port 80</address>
    </body></html>

    Really weird. The folder it is in 755 and the file 777. Can you help me?

    I want to buy the plugin but first I want to know if it works.

  • Hi Sven,
    seems like a hosting issue – can you ask your hoster for assistance? Had this issue with one customer whose hoster had special security configuration enabled…php error log might also show more information on what’s going on here…
    best,
    Robert

    Thank you for your quick answer. I will ask my hostingprovider.
