 * Simple question regarding GNU/GPL Licence rules with WordPress.
    If I offer wordpress
   to someone for free, can I still charge for setup/customisation of the blog?

 * Yep. The main gist of the GPL license is that if you modify the source code and
   choose to distribute it, then you also have to make the code available.
 * There is nothing prohibiting providing paid services such as setup/customisation.
