    Hello @coushub

Basically it should be possible, but it would require a custom-implementation. The problem is, that the usergroups of a forum should influence the main-menu of your theme – which is basically outside of the forum-scope.

So what basically is required is:
    – create multiple menus which should be used for the different groups
    – modifying the theme or use hooks to output the correct menu based on the usergroup of the current user

In PHP you can use the following function to get the usergroup of an user:

    $groups = AsgarosForumUserGroups::getUserGroupsOfUser(get_current_user_id());

    hi asgaros

    Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately I’m not strong enough in code to do that.

Do you have any advice or idea of a person who could achieve this?

    thanks for your help

I am not sure if it helps but there is at least a plugin which allows you to create dynamic menus based on the login-state:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/

Because the menu is not directly a part of the forum, I cannot modify it directly inside of the plugin because its a bit out-of-scope. However, I also offer custom-implementations and you can contact me for further details directly at developer (at) thomasbelser.net

    Hi asgaros

Thank you very much for your help with the plugin nav-menu-roles

    after discussion with helgatheviking
    look:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/evolution-nav-menu/

I managed to modify the code to add the groups of asgaros.
it works, but my coding is less well written than you.

    here is the plugin link
    http://91.121.171.213/asgaros/nav-menu-role-group-asgaros.zip

for me I have what I wanted and it works.

    Thanks again for your help
