Got the pro version, only works well for fresh data

Migrating a woocommerce store using this plugin was horrible. I got the pro version (300 usd) and ended up using WebToffee’s free plugin, that is clearly superior. Phone numbers that randomly miss a number, review parent ID’s not connected properly even though following the exact instructions, leading to have me add all the review responses by our company myself, tax that is not properly imported… Etc etc.

I ended up buying this plugin initially because it’s the only one that is officially supported by WPML. For importing fresh excel data for new products, it works great. But if you’re looking to import old data from another store during migration, stay far away from this plugin.

To the developers: I really wanted to like your plugin. Your explainer videos are head and shoulders above the competition when it comes to language and presentation. Though, some features are simply skipped without any explanation in the tutorial, if the video maker doesn’t need this specific function in his example import/export. Why does he assume the user doesn’t need an explanation?
