    We had a freelancer using an email address shaft us on a dev project. We misconstrued this as an employee of ThemeBoy.

    That being said, once finding the right people, they knocked it out of the park. Brian & co are top notch and I wish we weren’t misled in the first place.

    They are good, reasonable people. Hats off to them.

    Hi Dave,

    From our communications, it is my understanding that you’ve used the forums and reviews section as a way to get Rochester’s attention, since he is visibly active on here.

    I just want to clear up one thing: We do not offer any in-house custom development work. Rochester is a private freelancer who you have hired, and we were not aware of your arrangement with him.

    It’s quite disheartening to receive a review like this for our plugin when the work in question was done completely outside of our offering 🙁

    I have contacted Rochester to see if I can help you get in touch with him.
