Got a msg that I had unsubscribed

    Hi,

    I just got a message that says:

    This message confirms that you have unsubscribed from our newsletter. Thank you.

    I have not of course unsubscribed from my own newsletter (the only one on my site). Also, the plugin subscriber page lists my email as active.

    Could this have been a bug? Is there a way I can find out whether other users received a similar message?

    Hello.

    The same with me. Recipient asks why he was deregistered. In the sendinblue log, you can only see that the newsletter was sent and delivered and immediately afterwards the goodbye email arrived. the newsletter recipient concerned can no longer be found in the newsletter plugin, so it must have been deleted automatically. I was able to find a total of 3 of these cases in the sendinblue log.

    Hi, that strange behavior can be triggered by antivirus, but our plugin has an antibot system to block the cancellation requests made by bots.

    I don’t know how to we can check further this problem.
