GoogleMap plugin – map not showing up

Have installed the GoogleMap plugin and placed on a page here:

http://66.147.244.91/~housinj9/other-mobility-programs/

It is showing up only as a white box. I am using the Delirium theme. Tried disabling some of the other plugins, but no luck.
