 * Yesterday I made an update. Also from the googleanalytics plugin. Since that 
   time the page is no longer running. The following error message appears:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/www/web551/
   html/wp02/wp-content/plugins/googleanalytics/class/Ga_Admin.php on line 480
 * I can’t go in the backend to delet the googleanalytics plugin. Can someone help
   me? I think it is a faulty update.

 * First, there are several “[Google Analytics](https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?type=term&q=google+analytics)”
   plugins. If you know which one, you should post at their dedicated support area.
 * When you lose access to the site due to a plugin, you need to use [FTP](https://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or your host provided File Manager to access the plugin folder and rename it.
   Once in, rename the folder back – and do not activate that plugin – then contact
   plugin provider.
