 * I wanted to send my Site Health information, but I don´t know what I have to 
   write in the first field in [this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/viewform?edit_requested=true).
   Could you help me?

 * First of all please disable Cache plugin & then try following steps.
    1. Install and activate the [Health Check & Troubleshooting](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
       plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and
       then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

 * It looks like you’re in a Windows/ IIS environment and previously several users
   had some issues with their PHP cURL configuration in a similar environment and
   managed to address it server-side.
