 * Thanks for reaching out @leandro20s. Based on the error you’re encountering,
   it sounds like your encountering a block between your site and the services Site
   Kit connects to. To troubleshoot this further, please share the following:
    1. Your [Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can [use this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred.
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status  ([_Tools > Site Health > Status_](https://i.imgur.com/wSRWwon.png)),
       which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors
       may include REST endpoint references.
    3. Does the same occur if you attempt Site Kit setup and view the dashboard from
       [this disposable WordPress site](https://tastewp.org/plugins/google-site-kit/)?
       This will help indicate a possible host related issue if all works fine from
       here.
 * Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

 * [@leandro20s](https://wordpress.org/support/users/leandro20s/) Thanks for sharing
   the information that’s very helpful. cURL errors often relate to issues with
   the REST API which I can see is also flagged in your Site Health status. Site
   Kit requires a working REST API in order to display data on the Site Kit dashboard.
 * I can see that you are using the Restrict REST API Access plugin on your site.
   I suspect that if you disable this plugin the issue will no longer show in Site
   Kit. Could you please check this and confirm?

 * [@adamdunnage](https://wordpress.org/support/users/adamdunnage/) thank u for
   the help, already tested but no use, the plugin that we develops only is used
   to save our user login, but i disable that and tested, but no use at all…
   I’m
   starting to think maybe is a DNS problem, makes sense?Thank u in this troubleshooting

 * [@leandro20s](https://wordpress.org/support/users/leandro20s/) There could be
   an issue at server/host level which may be causing this error so I’d also advise
   checking with your hosting provider who may be able to highlight something.
 * You could also check your DNS setup as you say. Please let me know how the above
   checks go and if you continue to encounter this issue and I’d be happy to continue
   to help with the troubleshooting.

 * Hello there,
   Hope doing great.The problem was fixed, but I don’t think that was
   an server error (but I make some changes in the server-side) but I’m saying that
   because the changes I made was more internally, with nginx.services.In any case,
   thank you for the support and assistant.Hope u doing great.
