 * Hello @eletrebi, thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like there is something
   either at host level or with your plugin environment blocking communication between
   your site and the Site Kit service. So we can determine more on this, please 
   share the following:
    1. Your[ Site Health information](https://i.imgur.com/Rtkmsba.png). You can[ use this form](https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhjns2K7c0Ny7ME4gxTcsnYtNUtcMr8BvFpPQi23Y1E/)
       to share privately if preferred. 
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status ([_Tools > Site Health > Status_](https://i.imgur.com/wSRWwon.png)),
       which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors
       may include REST endpoint references.
    3. Have you been able to set up Site Kit on this site previously, or on any other
       sites on the same hosting platform?
