Google Webmasters critical errors

    First of all, I enabled the plug-in last week, and it discovered only 2000 pages or so from 20.000.
    Second, all of them are listed with critical errors:

    Issue Severity Pages with issues
    1 User-authored JavaScript found on page Critical 1,977
    2 Prohibited HTML Tag with AMP equivalent Critical 1,977
    3 AMP markup missing or incorrect Critical 1,977
    4 Prohibited or invalid use of HTML Tag Critical 1,977
    5 Invalid CSS stylesheet

    Any idea how to fix it?
