# google webmaster errors – missing:author missing:updated

 * Hi,
 * I’m getting 2 errors on all my sites pages.
    missing: author missing: updated
 * I’m using the 2011 theme. My site is [http://www.csresume.com](http://www.csresume.com)
   
   I’ve read other posts on this topic suggesting changes to the_author and the_date,
   but I don’t see the_author or the_date in of the theme files.
 * How can I fix this?
