I have been testing this as a easy way for my client to add photos and video to his website. My main concern is that both video and photos work prefect on the PC but if it is viewed from a mobile phone the videos do not play at all. All they show is a blank play window.

On a side note I would really like to be able to have a the main folders under the media tab so they can click on Photos or Videos and then that open up with the gallery layout, but this is second to the videos not playing on a mobile phone. I have tried several different light boxes without any luck. If this is beyond the scope of the plugin I understand and can look for one that is specifically for videos.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This looks like a bug in Google’s API (https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/156198845). There is a linked feature request as well over there, which was opened by me about 2 years back.

The videos seem to be working fine on Android devices (I verified on a Pixel 3XL), but they are not showing up on my iPhone. The same problem is occurring on my demo site as well, and for sure this was working there until recently.

Not sure I understood what you mean. What are “main folders”? How are they supposed to appear in the media library? How is Photonic’s gallery layout tied to WP’s? WP’s native gallery capabilities are quite poor when compared to source such as Flickr or SmugMug, so those need a dedicated UI (similar to what Photonic offers via the “Add / Edit Photonic Gallery” button, or the Gutenberg block that launch the gallery wizard).

Sorry for not clarifying. What I was talking about was in Photonic, if I select The multiple folder option to display. Right how when I click on one of the folder it automatically opens the gallery. What I am looking for is ones you click on the folder it then opens another window or page with the gallery contents to select from. I saw an option in there that looked like it would do this but was not successful getting it to work. I tried the overlay feature but it looks like the banner on the site lays over that. I saw there was and option to select a different page but was not sure how to set that up.
    I really appreciate the help.

This can generally be fixed with a line of custom CSS code that you can put under Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS in your WP dashboard.

To open an album in a separate page you can see Example 3 – Album on a Separate Page in the documentation. You will need to first create a dedicated gallery page (only one page is needed regardless of the number of galleries) and then associate it through the options described.
