 * I added meta description for home page but google display different description.
   also i did not see any crawl issues in google webmaster tools. Here is website

 * The plugin output your preferred description. Google received it and decided 
   to display something else. Due to this being handled on Google’s end, there is
   little you can do to force Google to display the preferred description. The best
