google translation not working in italy

    hi! i am a wordpress developer and i develop a client’s website and also using “google translation plugin” it is properly working in pakistan where i am using it but not working in italy on client side.
    we already tried by removing browser cache and also tried it on chrome, edge, IE,mozilla firefox.
    but its not working on client’s side in italy

    Hi,

    You need to post the website address, so I can check.

    If it works for you, then probably your customer has some browser extension which blocks Google translate.
