    Hello and good day.

I want to confirm my google tag settings in the plugin, but I can not find the location after initially setting it up.

    Where can I find it?

    Hi @rayeason,

Finding it in the wizard, or in the page source? If you configured it in Complianz, then added a GA plugin it might be the integration is hiding some fields. Let me know which is relevant, regards Aert

    Hi Aert,

    Finding it in the wizard.

Initially when setting up, it asks for the google tag.

I am also using Beehive analytics which you have an integration for.

I have it configured for your plugin to block beehive until consent is given.

However, I am trying to make sure the tag is correct in your plugin but can not find where it is (or was) configured.

Hi @rayeason if you installed, activated Beehive afterwards, you can disable the integration of Beehive under Integrations and check again. It might remove the fields (important), because it would let Beehive take over.

So with what I understand now; Beehive should implement the tags. If you can share your URL (editing your first message) I can have a look. Thanks!

    Beehive was installed beforehand.

Then I installed your complianz plugin.

I was told you would handle the tagging via your plugin.

I simply want the google tagging to not commence until user has accepted the privacy.

    My url is https://reasonhosting.com

Apologies, I do not see how to edit the original message anymore.

    Hello @rayeason ,

could you please open our plugin, go to the section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and disable from there the Beehive reference? Once done that check our section “Wizard” -> “Consent” -> “Statistics configuration” and you should be able to see where to embed the GA id

    Thank you.

IYou promise to refund, but after I paid, I saw that you have virtually no support. If you needed help now, how would you feel about an answer that said “due to many requests, they can’t contact you immediately and this will happen in the next few days?”. So you would expect to solve your problem depending on when the company decides to respond to you? So many days have already passed and I haven’t received any response. Can you please… show me how I can get my money back? Why don’t you put up any resistance to taking it from us, but don’t you make our lives a big puzzle to find out how to get it back. It would be smart not to make it so difficult for your customers. I wonder what you would think if you experienced this? Thank you!
