Is it possible to setup the email confirmation from like a table from google drive?
Example:

In the form it will not show the lines, if you try to copy it from Google Drive.

Thanks for using Caldera Forms. You can use HTML table markup in the the email setting. You will not be able to use the {summary} magic tag, but instead will have to use the field magic tags.
