 * Google’s new search console reports an error due to the format of the sitemap
   generated by SEO Framework (example: [https://www.fusion3design.com/sitemap.xml](https://www.fusion3design.com/sitemap.xml))
 * “Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format
   instead.”
 * Not sure how critical this is, but suggests that all the HTML formatting should
   be stripped away to ensure 100% google acceptance / compliance.

 * I think they’re showing a false positive, or they’ve encountered a 404-page whilst
   crawling due to WP Rewrite issues. In either case, this should be resolved automatically,
   as the sitemap’s showing correctly; and, there’s no HTML-formatting in the `.
   xml` file.
 * The HTML (and CSS) formatting is done via the `.xsl` file (`example.com/sitemap.
   xsl`), but Google doesn’t–nor shouldn’t–pick this up.
