Thanks for letting us know, @webby1973. Please follow this GitHub issue for updates on a fix.

In the meantime, this issue appears to only occur in Safari, so you can use another browser to access Site Kit on your site.

@jayfsee Just wondering if the issue remains on your side, or is Site Kit working as expected, even from Safari?

@webby1973 Thanks for your patience on this. While we’re still investigating this issue can you share whether the same issuer persists when selecting another language? It would be great if you could open an individual support topic from where we could investigate your case specifically.

@jayfsee Just following up with you on this issue which you kindly reported. As there’s been a recent Webkit update which may impact users who encountered this message can you check once more and share whether the same issue persists?

    Thanks for the update @jayfsee.

Can you confirm whether you’re using macOS Mojave (10.14), while also confirming your Safari version?

    Hi James

    It only happens in Safari.

    Mojave 10.14.6 and Safari 14.1.1 (14611.2.7.1.6)

    Thanks

    John

Same situation for me. It’s a combination of MacOS 10.14.6 and Safari 14.1.1 that has the error. The same site works fine on a Mac using MacOS 11.

I guess people should be upgrading to a later MacOS but on that Mac I rely on a few 32bit apps that aren’t available on MacOS 11.

Hi Aegisdesign – I am in the exact same situation. Hopefully by the end of the year, I’ll ditch my last 32bit App.

    Thankfully Chrome works OK.

@jayfsee @aegisdesign Thank you for your patience here! We just released version 1.36.0, which includes a fix for this issue, so please update Site Kit and you shouldn’t have any more trouble here. If you do still experience issues, please open a new support topic and we’d be happy to help. Thank you for using Site Kit!

@shetheliving @jamesosborne I can confirm 1.36.0 fixes this issue for me. Thank you.
