Thanks for reaching out and sharing details of what you’re encountering, along with the troubleshooting steps you’ve undertaken. Can you share the following and we van investigate this further?

    1. When you mention you “reconnected Site Kit” do you make any recent changes to your site when this started to occur? This may include a plugin update or site migration.
    2. Does the same occur when you check from a Chrome browser incognito window or another device?
    3. Can you share your Site Health information so we can inspect your setup? You can use this form to share privately if preferred.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    1. yea we had issues with url path regarding www. vs non www.

database search and replace as well as set url paths in wp-config to original www. -prefix that google site kit was originally set up with.

    2. yes same issue.

    3. sent in form (and after that set wp memory limit to 256mb)

set cloudflare in dev mode as well

Thanks for the update. From checking your Site Health information nothing seems unusual. With that can you try and perform a site reset (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit), which will also reset your site on the Site Kit service? There may be mismatching records from when you performed changes.

Note that by resetting the plugin all previously connected users will need to setup the plugin once more, along with connecting the modules. From looking at your Site Kit information there is only one connected user so this shouldn’t impact any other users.

Let me know how you get on after a site reset.

reset site kit , still cant see anything. Tried twice. removed plugin completely and reinstalled.

Thanks for the update. As we can rule out browser extensions and other possible causes can you next of all follow the steps below, which can help identify whether your plugin or active theme could be impacting your Site Kit dashboard?

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    4. View your Site Kit dashboards once more

If the above results in the same issue with a blank dashboard we’re perform some additional troubleshooting checks.

    hmm
seems the translations are a bit off. But in troubleshoot mode with twenty-twenty theme and only sitekit enabled. Same blank screen

Many thanks for sharing the additional insights. Looking at the screenshot you kindly provided it looks like you have a Divi related plugin or theme active.

If you can share a screenshot of the blank screen or preferably a video recording of troubleshooting mode from a Chrome browser incognito window while using a service such as recordit or Loom we can take a look. Please include any console errors that may appear if any. You can use the same form previously used if you prefer to share a screen recording or screenshot privately.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

ok. so tried a few things.
tried restoring backups but same issues, went back a week and i am quite sure it worked back then.
went back to PHP 7.4 from 8 just in case.
Trying to get in to troubleshooting mode but then I get white page of death.
sending debug log and health check now

Many thanks for your troubleshooting efforts. I can see the video now, with the same occurring from a Chrome browser incognito window in troubleshooting mode. While the video does look grainy I can see a console error present, and also the Rank Math and Advanced Ads plugins enabled while in troubleshooting mode. If you are able to access troubleshooting mode once more let me know if the same occurs with only Site Kit enabled.

If the same does occur with only Site Kit enabled, or if you’re unable to access troubleshooting mode once more due to the same error as per your video what we can do is check does the same Site Kit blank screen occur with only the Search Console module active. You can deactivate the other modules by navigating to your Site Kit settings page. Let me know if you need assistance with this.

    Video seems fine to me.

    Console error is:

To the right in screen i can activate plugins, not deactivating them. But sure looks like they are activated.

I cant access any of the modules or settings.

looking under plugins all are deactivated even if they are visible in left panel.

The video does indeed seem fine in full size, thank you. From looking at the video it appears your Advanced Ads and Rank Math plugin remain enabled while in troubleshooting mode. For that reason I couldn’t see if there were any console errors or the same blank screen with only Site Kit active.

I cant access any of the modules or settings.

Can you share what happens when you try to disconnect any of the modules, in particular Analytics and PageSpeed insights (Site Kit > Settings > **Analytics/PageSpeed Insights** > Edit > Disconnect **Analytics/PageSpeed Insights** from Site Kit)? If you are able to access these settings please check your Site Kit dashboard with just the Search Console module active.

    Thread Starter anderslinn

    (@anderslinn)

    Cant access settings. blank screen.

I could possibly use the staging site and try to deactivate all plugins there without using the healthcheck plugin.

    Thread Starter anderslinn

    (@anderslinn)

So deactivated all plugins using twenty-tweny-one theme.
On staging site google site-kit was already resetted and only has admin panel.
    no error in console.
    nothing new in debug log
