Thanks for reaching out. This is a known issue and we have an update to the plugin due out at some stage today. This will reduce the likelihood of this occurring once more going forward. You’ll find out more on this below:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/4074

In the meantime you may be able to proceed by clearing your cache. We’ll also provide an update here once a fix is in place.

@polamsky Today we released v1.42.0, which includes a fix for this issue. I’ll mark this topic as resolved, but if you see any other issues or have questions, please feel free to open a new topic. Thank you for your patience!

I am seeing this same error as polamsky. Namely on Locations and Devices under Your Traffic at a Glance.

    I have v1.42.0 installed.

    Please advise.

@polamsky Just following up with you to check whether this issue no longer occurs on your site? We’ve had reports that this does remain for some users and we’re trying to determine whether a third party plugin possibility may be resulting in this error.

Let me know if you have encountered this notice since upgrading to 1.42.0, and if so please share your Site Health information here or privately using this form.

@caroltheo I’ve responded to your individual support topic now. Thank you!

Hi @jamesosborne, I’m still getting the same error, it happens only on the dashboard and analytics. Just sent the Site Health Info via the form.

Many thanks for sharing the additional insights. As you have a large number of plugins active can you inform me if the same occurs after you follow the steps:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Check for the same issue occur once when checking your Site Kit dashboard

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards. The above can help determine a plugin or theme related conflict.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. If we can determine a plugin conflict this may also assist other users who are encountering the same error.

    Hi

I deactivated al my 40+ plugins and I found that this plugin is causing the issue:

    Mobile Redirect Plus

    https://iqbalbary.com/item/wp-redirect/

Deactivatng this plugin made Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘Pe’) go away and google Sitekit working good.

    Hi @jkriester,

Really appreciate you sharing these insights from your testing. I’ll dedicate some time to investigate any possible conflict based on your findings and open a GitHub issue should we determine any action required on the Site Kit site. I’ll keep you posted here with any updates.

I’ll also keep this support topic open while I investigate.

i switched to this plugin https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/equivalent-mobile-redirect/

does the same job, but keeps Sitekit running

Thanks for the update and great that you found a working alternative without any conflicts.

I’ve been testing the free version of the WP Mobile Redirect plugin (which has a mobile-redirect-plus slug) and I’ve been unsuccessful so far in recreating the same error. With that can you confirm that plugin you were using the commercial version of WP Mobile Redirect, namely RedirectPlus?

I ask as I don’t see any mention of this in the Site Health information previously shared. If so can you share a screenshot or details of the configurations you had applied with this plugin?
