# Google Sheets Add On

 * I have problem with Google Sheet Integration with WPForms starting 17 june until
   today the data from WPForms fails to send to the Google Sheet.

 * As the Google Sheets addon is part of some paid licenses, it seems that you are
   using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription
   with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account
   [dashboard](http://dashboard.com/account/support/) when you have a chance? For
   more context, [WordPress.org](http://wordpress.org/)’s goal is to ensure that
   paying customers and free users get the best support they can, from the ones 
   that can give it.
 * The [WordPress.org](http://wordpress.org/) forum is moderated by volunteers and
   as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching
   out to the authors of the code, and as the issues you are having involve paid
   gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin
