# Google Sheet – invalid error

 * Hello,
 *  I’ve faced some problems with the Google Sheet connection to Ninja Forms in 
   a website.
 * The sheet is connected, the Spreadsheet and Worksheet is set, the system got 
   the colums and all data set with form and system tokens.
 * After the submission, the values are not showing up in Google Sheet and Recipe
   log coming with “Completed with errors” message, but when I want to check the
   details I get information that the status is “Error” and notes is “invalid”.
 * I don’t see where can the problem be, i see everything is set up correctly. I
   tried it with Ninja Forms and Gravity Forms also, the result is the same.

 * Sorry to hear about the issue. This sounds like an error returned by our licensing
   server. As a first step you should update update our plugins, including Pro if
   you’re using it. This can be caused by a modified version of Automator, so updating
   to the latest version from WordPress.org and our website (for Pro) are important
   first steps. If it continues, it would really help if you could log a ticket 
   on our website so we can check your specific license details and why our server
   might be flagging it as invalid.
