Google search showing wrong currency symbol

Hi Woo Team,

My woocommerce currency set to PK Rs (Pakistani Rs.) but when I search any product (Sy7553 @bhojscollection.com) on google it shows the $ symbol instead of Rs. with conversion amount, please help on this issue.

When I check your website I can see currency €. Could it be your currency is changed based on your agent location, so for me it shows €, for google it shows $ and for you it shows PK Rs (Pakistani Rs.)?

OK; here is the documentation how to set only one currency:

… although there are plugins which allow Multiple Currencies. Please make sure you disable this plugins if you would like to have only ONE base currency.

I have not added any multiple currency plugin, and single currency already setup as you mentioned in link (https://woocommerce.com/document/shop-currency/), however don’t know where is search engine picking $ symbol instead of set up currency symbol.

Do you have some kind of translation enabled? For a split second I can see RS currency, after that EUR appears.

I have not enabled any translation, I clear the cache this will be move as normal (Rs instead of EUR)

From what I gather, there is some currency switching plugin/functionality enabled on the site at http://bhojascollection.com.

In order to investigate things further, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then click the Copy for support button. You can either paste it in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us (as it provides additional paste settings).

Also, could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error.

If so, please select View and copy and paste them into your reply here.

Looks like the problem is with Jet-pack or any other third-party plugin. Can you follow this instructions here?

I checked your site and confirmed that I am seeing Rs as your site’s currency as seen below:

however don’t know where is search engine picking $ symbol instead of set up currency symbol.

Hi,

I was checking from my end and the price is showing USD currency. You can disable all plugins except WooCommerce, and switch the site’s theme temporarily to Storefront. Check again if the issue persists.

It sounds like a staging site is a good idea for this test, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can use the Meks Quick Plugin Disabler, this plugin will remember what plugins you currently have active, so it’s easy to switch them back on. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/meks-quick-plugin-disabler/
