 * i found the answer for this Please change your WP UTF-7 to UTF-8
    you can do 
   this by following steps
 * go to wp-admin>>settings>> reading> change UTF-7 to UTF-8
    AND SAVE CHANGE
 * let me know if it’s work it’s works for me
