I am using google reviews feeed provided by the plugin.

Google is rejecting my feed for two reasons:

    1. Privacy issues:
    a) Names should not show the full name, example: Ana Pérez should shown as Ana P, or in the worst case marked it as anonymus. <name is_anonymous=”true”>Anónimo</name>.

    b) Email should use Anonymus attributes.
I could not find settings to achieve this.

    2) Reviews without “review text/description” are not valid. I am aware of a setting to make text/description mandatory while writing the review, I just turned it on but past reviews are still not fullfilling Google’s requirement, is there a way feed creation can exclude them?

    Thank you!!!!

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

1.a. The plugin automatically changes names like “Ana Pérez” to “Ana P.” I see that it was also done in your XML feed.

1.b. Can you please clarify what email do you mean? I couldn’t find any emails in your XML feed.

    2. Yes, you can specify “Minimum length of reviews” (see “Reviews” tab on “Google” page in the plugin’s menu).

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
