Whenever a form is submitted, this error message is showing, please assist.

I have checked that the website keys are correct.

I saw advice from previous posts about deactivating plug ins. I would prefer not to deactivate all the plug ins and work out which one might be conflicting since this is very time consuming.

    Hi @ruthais,

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you may have the W3 Total Cache plugin activated on your site. In many cases, caching and minification can result in the reCAPTCHA script being loaded incorrectly.

When you get the chance, could you try disabling any minifying and caching setting within the W3 Total Cache plugin (be sure to purge the cache as well) to see if that resolves the issue?

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @ruthais,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
