Hello, I have problem when I used Google ReCAPTCHA v2 in my login page now, whereas previously fine. (with same Response Headers)

    I used WP-Cerber 6.7 and WordPress 4.9.5 now.

The Problem is Google ReCAPTCHA v2 isn’t showing in login page, I had tried to Inspect to know what kind content are loaded in login page. And, apparently, Google ReCAPTCHA v2 isn’t loaded because strict MIME type checking.

There is an error for Google ReCAPTCHA v2 that show’s in Console:

Refused to execute script from 'https://www.gstatic.com/recaptcha/api2//recaptcha__id.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

Or, some message like that in Web Browser Inspect Console, so the Google ReCAPTCHA v2 isn’t loaded because of that. I has tried to visit my login page on my other device (Laptop) and give the same result (Not Showing and appears the same error on console)

You can also Inspects my login page to make sure, that this really happened or not for others. And, I don’t know the problem from where it is, this from Google ReCAPTCHA v2 or WP-Cerber or somewhat.

Can you help me to fix this issue, because I wan’t to login to my Dashboard? Or, any ideas and reference for fixing this Issue? Or, must I Reset WP-Cerber for my blog?

    Thank You ^_^

Oh, Apparently, I just to remove all Cache and Cookies that related to my login page from my Web Browser (Google Chrome) for fixing this issue. And, I mark it as resolved. LOL

But, if the same problem still continues every I signed out, hmm it’s strange, I will open it again here 🙂

    Thank You ^_^

    Good news!

Face the reality: reCAPTCHA is a third-part service that you can’t control. Actually I do not recommend enabling reCAPTCHA for a login page. One day things can go worse if Google shutdowns reCAPTCHA. You can count on comprehensive security algorithms in the Cerber plugin. They protect the login page effectively and in a hassle-free way.

Ah, thanks for hinting me about reCAPTCHA and it’s reality that reCAPTCHA is a third-party service which one day, the service will be disabled/turned off by Google. I will be disable Google reCAPTCHA on my login page after this.

Yeah, I had used reCAPTCHA to protect my login page from brute force and bot attacks, before I used this plugin, they’re tried to attack my login page with Brute Force. But, the attack has been reduced after used this plugin, even it is not caused by Google reCAPTCHA that used on my login page 🙂

But, it will be better if you explain it from long-time ago/past in your plugin FAQ about “Should I use reCAPTCHA to protect my Login Page from Brute Force Attacks?” clearly. So, that potential users (or Another WP Users that want to install this plugin) can understand what features should / needs to be activated or not for protecting their login page, especially from Brute Force and Bot Attacks for future.

That is all from me for giving a suggestion for this plugin to make it better.

    Thank You ^_^

BTW, I had said that I must clear all cache and cookies that related to my login page on Yesterday before. In this day, I had tried to access my login page from my laptop for fixing this same issue with clears out all cookies that related to my login page, without clearing all browser cache, and then I reload the login page.

So, you do not need to clearing all browser cache for fixing this Issue, just clear all cookies that related to login page from Web Browser, and then refresh the login page. After that, the Google reCAPTCHA will be appear in your login page 🙂

    Thank You ^_^
