Could U show current statistics from GSC?
Hello, as soon as the sites disappeared from google , some of them where ranking on first page of results and then started showing up 50 pages down , I deactivated the plugin and the sites went back to where they were. Maybe google bot has a hard time reading the Yoasts meta tags when your plugin is activated …. just a thought
Did the site work well while using Accelerator? It could be server overloading by optimization.

Accelerator doesn’t touch Yoasts meta tags and other related tags.
this probably has to do with the random 404 pages that people are starting to report
Accelerator doesn’t delete any pages. It caches and optimizes only existed ones. To check that – Accelerator can be turned off and 404 pages will be still there.
This issue has been solved more than month ago (some server updates of PHP include changed behavior). Pls, clear the cache.
