Using our plugins Category Mapping feature you can map your store category with google categories and you can map all the store categories individually with google categories. Once the mapping is done, you will be able to use the mapping as Google category file value which will add different categories to the feed according to your store category.

Missing description –
To find a solution for this issue, we need the see the feed config, Feed link, and the error report that includes the item id with missing descriptions.

We have missed a point you mentioned about creating a different feed for each category.
It’s possible with the filter feature but this feature is not available in the free version of our plugin.
