 * I’ve pasted the usual google+
    `<a href="https://plus.google.com/(id)" rel="publisher"
   >Google+</a>` into my head section, but it’s causing an ugly link to appear in
   the top left of the site.

 * Does anyone know how I can hide this may be with css but keep it effective?
