i think, you try to put google analytic code in header of your page
on which Google+ button is .
it happened with me some this i put google+ button code in my page and its not showing and when putt google analytic code in header its star showing it happened with me 3 times.
you should try this put google analytic code and check it. but i can’t say it surely but you shoult try it if you don’t have google analytic code in header file.
Try this one http://pleer.co.uk/wordpress/plugins/google-1-button/
and just type [google1] on page where you wanna.
Or if you wanna in sidebar, take text widget and do it like simply href text.
here is a link to one of my posts to see the button and why it doesn’t work-

Some info on adding it maually, if that’s your thing
Even when I use that code or the one from google I get the red “!” error
Have you tried it with all plugnis inactive? Just to see if you have a conflict somewhere?
Might also help to try to use one of the g+ plugins, say, on the twentyeleven theme temporarily, just to see if its a theme conflict
maybe but wouldn’t the tweet and Like buttons not work if that is the problem?
Not necessarily… a variety of things can conflict in unpredictable ways
The g+ plugns work for some people, the code I gave works for me…. so something specific is conflicting on your end.
The only way tofigure out what’s going on is to narrow things down one by one
I checked and its not the theme or any of the plugins
