Google Page Speed score down when enable plugin

Hi

When I enable the plugin and clear the Cloud flare cache it works for a while but after a few minutes it scores low on google page speed https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.finoit.com%2F&tab=desktop

Currently it is disabled on our server. There is also copy of website on other domain and PWA plugin is enabled, and it is scoring well there. Could you please help me to sort it out.
