Google page reviews embed on page with rich text snippet

Required: to display Google+ page review rich text snippet information + html reviews on my website https://ultimatebanners.co [where the reviews are].

I’m looking for a plugin that will include my Google+ page reviews and include the rich snippet info so that my Google listing includes this on the SERPS page. At the moment my site is using the Google Places Reviews plugin and displaying my Google+ page reviews but it doesn’t contain the rich text snippet info I need. I don’t want to keep manually updating my snipet information, so any plugin recommendations would be greatly appreciated?
