Google not using SEO settings

I use SOE by Yoast for a .com and .co.uk site.

Google displays all my .com settings properly but not my .co.uk and I can’t figure out why.

on most of the .co.uk listings it doesn’t use the description correctly and almost all of the titles aren’t listed correctly.

the site titles should read eg: Lounge Dog Bed – Free UK Delivery – The Pet Portal

to see what I mean search in google for:

site:www.the-pet-portal.com

site:www.the-pet-portal.co.uk

any help would be greatly apprieciated as i’m moving away from .com to .co.uk
