    Hi,
We use your plugin (not Pro) but received on last wednesday 27th an e-mail saying our products on Google Merchant center decreased from 116 to 11 and we did no change on WordPress or Woocommerce those days. Our feed before was able to give us that amount of 116 products, but now even changing a lot of different parameters only stuck in 11. Can you please help us on this issue? Maybe you experienced before. Thks for your kind help and best regards,

    Javier

    Hi,
Here you have a screenshot of our Merchant Center diagram:

And here you have the feed link.

In another website, we found that WooFeed can take 150 references when yours only is able to transmit or give 41. We praise your help and best regards,

Hi, can you give a screenshot of the Feed Configuration settings you used to generate the feed?

And did you use any filters?

    Hi
Here you have the feed settings: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l4ttxnglavgj6n8/Doc2.pdf?dl=0. We found only one solution for the moment being: copy the existing product into a new one and delete the old one (change the publish date does not work). In another words, the feed only takes the last products created since 1-2 months ago. All others have been “caduced”. Thks for your urgent help and best regards
