Google maps with zooom in and zoom out

    I am working on a template in which i am using staic google map i found on net. I am not a programmer but i would like to know how to make the static image of the location have

    1) zoom in and out
    2) marker to point the location

    Right now i have marker but its not working.here is JSFiddle for it
