    well, as per the FAQ; look at your browser console for JS errors and act accordingly (excluding specific JS from optimization).

    based on the findings of @webfactory in your other support topic, the problem is:

    you have a fatal JS error on your site that’s preventing other JS code to execute properly, including ours. The error is related to “WPGroHo”.

    So try adding WPGroHo, wpgroho.js, jquery.js to the JS optimization exclusion list maybe (WPGroHo for the inline JS, wpgroho.js for the linked js and jquery because wpgroho.js requires jquery.js to be present)?

    If this does not work; look at your JS console (again) and start over (and let me know here so I can assist) 😉
