google maps turns off

    I pre-install the plugin with most of my clients (then they can upgrade), but I also help with the setup. Google maps works fine for awhile and then it turns off. I’m sure this is a problem with Google maps. Did it not get setup correctly the first time (we enter the credit card). Anyone know why this happens?

    Hi!

    It seems there is some misconfiguration in your Google Cloud Platform account, see screenshot.

    As you can see, the Google Maps API is complaining that you didn’t set up billing properly in your account.

    If you have enabled billing but keep seeing this error, then you can contact Google Billing and Payments Support, as this is something that is in their ballkpark to fix, sorry about that.

    But sometimes some users have reported than destroying their current set of API keys and creating a new set fixes things, so you can also try that out first. Please follow carefully our instructions on how to do it.
