 * I think due to the changes Google have made to use of their Maps API, if you 
   select “Restaurant/Menu” in the Settings -> Open Menu, the resulting page has
   a broken maps image.

 * Perhaps the plugin can be updated so that users can put in their own Google Maps
   API credentials?
