# Google maps issues

 * I have a good event creation and management plugin for my WP site that maps each
   event using a tailored Google maps app of some type. The maps piece is included
   inside the event-creation plugin.
 * However, in order to create a map in a post, I need a stand-along map plugin,
   but all of them I’ve tried failed: there may be a conflict with the event plugin
   of some sort. They don’t work. Even the simple flexible maps plugin fails to 
   work in a plain old post on my site, [https://topbirdingtours.com](https://topbirdingtours.com)
 * Is there a way to work around this apparent map conflict (while not tampering
   with my event-scheduling plugin) so that I can simply create a map that works
   on a regular post?
