    Hello,

I am using WP 4.5.2 and my site is bloomingtonbreastfeeding.com

I seem to be having an issue that began with Form Maker Pro not generating various fields. At first, it was recaptcha. Today, it’s some radio buttons, but the recaptcha has returned. In their places, I get instead

%1 – Are you scheduling an adoption consultation?% (NOTE: This is the field label of a pair of radio buttons.)

In addition, I am using Jetpack and its css editor. Some CSS that once appeared fine now isn’t changing the site. I am unsure if this related or just coincidental.

When I run the browser console, I do see this warning that strikes me as strange:
Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys

This is because I am making no use of Google Maps on my site. So I am not sure what to do about it and searching for a solution all involves information for people trying to embed Google Maps.

    Any advice/help/insight would be appreciated.

Turns out, form maker needs to be set to auto generate. Still not sure about the google api issue, but it doesn’t seem to be interfering with the site. I’ll have to go through my CSS and see what’s happening there, but I think this is largely addressed.

The form maker plugin is calling ‘form-maker/js/if_gmap_front_end.js’ – this file is probably the culprit.
