    Hi
Sorry to bother you, hope you are well.
I’m having problem getting the maps to show up on the live page.
They are showing in the backend when I enter coordinates or move the marker in place but it’s not showing when published.
Your help and assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kindest Regards

    Chris

  • Hello Chris,
No problem, please never hesitate to post if you have any questions/issues. We are doing well and hope you too.

Looks like your default map’s Latitude and Longitude are missing. Please setup them from Directory Settings >> Listing Settings >> Map Setting (screenshot https://prnt.sc/rckdfm).

Hi many thanks for looking into this so quickly for me, really appreciate it.
I deleted the default ones to see if that was causing the problem! I’ve added them back now when I try to add coordinates to a post I get the “Sorry! Something went wrong.”
I’m getting nowhere. I’ve regenerated API’s made new API’s etc.
If it would be helpful I could generate you a Temp login?

    Kindest Regards

    Chris

    Hi,
We found a Google Map API error on your site saying that “ApiNotActivatedMapError”, please activate your API key to first to enable the Google Map.

    Hi
My apologises. That must have happened whilst I was ‘crazily’ trying different things.
I’ll leave it as it is for now if you could be so kind as to advice me as it is.
I’ve been on and off this for days now, I do believe it’s to do with the VERY complicated Google method of obtaining them.

I’m sure this must be frustrating for you but I’m stuck.

    Kindest Regards
