 * I use Google Map Easy extension. But the map doesn’t appear.

 * There might be a plugin conflict that causes your problem. Please try to deactivate
   all your installed plugins (one after another) to see whether it could help.

 * Dear Céline,
 * thank you for the links. Most probably there is a plugin conflict, because both
   plugins generate only some empty `<div>` elements. I recommend you to deactivate
   all your previously installed Google map plugins. Then please try to install 
   the [Simple Google Maps Short Code](https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-google-maps-short-code/).
   I have successfully tested this plugin with my themes.
