Google map API not working in admin

    Hello,

    I inserted the Google Map API in Settings but the map is not shown in the event location in admin. It’s a white square.
    Console: Google Maps API error: MissingKeyMapError

    In the frontend it works.

    You need a key for it to work normally. I try to work around this by ignoring this, but some places still just require it (as google normally requires it too). So go get a maps api key and enter it in the EME settings.

    I did, but it’s not showing in admin in event location. In the frontend it works.

    And you still have that error? Because that would be impossible … I just tested it here as well, and the map shows fine (key and all).
    Can you check your console again?
    Is there some other map plugin you’re using?

    Interesting enough in the frontend console: You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

    I suspect Visual Composer? Investigating, I’ll be back with an answer.
