Google Map and text wrap

  • I have loaded Map press and installed Google maps into one of my pages. I also have some text but it is so close to the map that it is difficult to read. Is there a way that I can move the text away from the map? I have justified the text to the left and the map is shown as left justified in the settings. I have tried other options but it doesn’t look right.
I just need to move the text away from the map a short way.

PS I know nothing about code so make it simple please

    Thanks

You likely need to add margins or padding to the CSS code for the text and/or map. Firebug is a great tool for working with CSS and this is a good CSS reference page:

    http://www.w3schools.com/css/

Or post a link to that page and someone can likely help you. But you definitely will need to have a Child Theme set up (or a custom CSS option or plug-in) so changes are not made to theme files.
