    `we have added the plugin, in the merchant center we see an error, google wants the following attributes:
    [unit_pricing_measure] -> we have ml and g
    [unit_pricing_base_measure] -> 1000

    How can we add these 2 new attributes to our google shopping feed?
    The issue is that unit_pricing_measure we have millilitres and grams, how to deal with that?

    Thanks

  • Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Did you save the “unit_pricing_measure” value and suffix in one attribute/value together or are they separated over two different fields? Only when both the value and the unit sit in the same attribute you can map them to the unit_pricing_measure (or base for that matter) using the free version of our plugin.

    Hi @supportadtribes,

    we need to map them we need to create a new attribute called “unit_pricing_measure”
    for example for Wine, we will put in this field
    750
    as suffix ml
    Is that correct could you please send us the steps that we need to do in order to have this attribute in the feed.

    Thanks

    Just make sure you put the “750 ml” in one attribute and not in two separate ones. On the field mapping section of our plugin you can then hit the orange “+ add field mapping” button so a new mapping rule appears. In the left drop-down you select the unit_pricing_measure field and map that to the attribute you created. You do exactly the same steps for the unit_pricing_base_measure field.

    Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our help is no longer required I am going to close this topic for now for housekeeping reasons. Do not hesitate to reach out to us when you need support again.
