Google likes WPtouch Mobile Plugin but I don't

Starting tomorrow, Google says it’s going to penalize sites that aren’t mobile friendly. Google didn’t like my site for mobile, so I added WPtouch Mobile Plugin and Google then loved it for mobile. But when I look at the site on my Windows phone (Nokia 820), I can’t see the right half or more of the pages, and I can’t find a way to scroll or move over there. Also, the header is missing so the phone number doesn’t appear, the contact form in the right column doesn’t appear, etc etc. It’s a disaster mobile-wise. Without the plugin, yea (as Google said) the fonts are too small, but you get to see the complete page and can easily enlarge it and move around the page.

Is there a mobile plugin that will satisfy Google and also let you move around the page so you can read and access everything?
